摘要
利用安阳、郑州、洛阳、商丘、信阳五站1951～1994年的气候资料，系统总结了河南寒潮活动规律，分析了其形成的多种气候灾害，提出了防御寒潮灾害的对策．
Making use of the meterolgical information of Anyang Zhengzhou Luoyang,Shangqiu and Xinyang from 1951 through 1994,the thesis concludes systematically therules of cold wave occurrence in Henan,analyses the disaster due to cold wave. activing,in the end,the major preventive contermeasure against the disaster has been proposed.
