临夏州1996年计划免疫工作现状调查评价

Evaluation of planned immunication of Linxia District in 1996.

1996年临夏州适龄儿童四苗基础免疫覆盖率为93.75％,其中脊灰糖丸、百白破三联、白破二联、麻苗、卡介苗加强免疫接种率分别为96.25％、91.25％、72.50％、88.75％和90.0％;县级医院新生儿乙肝疫苗(一针)接种率为70.87％,有两个县医院未开展此项工作,农村周岁儿童乙肝疫苗全程接种率为18.75％,三个县接种率为0;儿童计免入保率为60％;常规免疫接种率报表上报率为47.50％,脊灰零病例报告率为98.13％,搜索出1996年就诊的AFP病例5例,报告率为0;大部分县、乡对计免档案资料、上墙图表、疫苗储存及领发、冷链运转都进行了规范化管理。

In 1996,the coverage rate of fundamental immunity (four vaccines) for adequate aged children in Linxia District is 93. 75%, among them, rate of vaccination of sugar pills of live poliomyelitis, DPT, DT, measles, and BCG vaccine is 96. 25%, 91. 25%,72. 50%,88. 75%,and 90.00% respectively, rate of vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine on new -born is 70. 87% in county hospotal. There are two county hospitals which didn't carry out this work rate of vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine on one -year old children in county is 18. 75% especially is 0% in three county, rate of insurance about planned immunization of children is 60%, report rate to the higher level about rate of routine immunization is 47. 50% ,report rate of zero - case of poliomyelitis is 98.13%,report rate of AFP(5 case) is 0%.
