443例卫校新生乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物分析

Analysis on virus serum markers of hepatitis B from 443 new students in Gansu Health School.

对1993年甘肃省卫生学校新生4432人进行了乙肝病毒血清标志物检测。HBsAg阳性16例(3.61％),抗HBs阳性49例(11.06％),抗-HBc阳性155例(34.98％),HBsAg阳性者16例中e系统阳性9例(56.25％),HBV感染率40.85％(181/443)。并对年龄分布、城乡分布及民族分布进行了讨论。

The virus serum markers of hepatitis B from 443 new students in Gansu Health School were detected. HBsAg is positive in 16 cases (3. 61%) ,anti -HBs is positive in 49 cases (11. 06%) ,anti - HBc is positive in 155 cases(34. 98%) ,e- system is positive in 9 cases from 16 HBsAg ( + ) cases (56. 25%), infection rate of HBV 40. 85% (181/443). Distrubution of age,region,and nation is discussed.
