Diagnosis and treatment of primary brain stem injury.

报告78例原发性脑干损伤的抢救治疗,从中体会到早期明确诊断、综合性抢救、针对性治疗、优先处理危及生命的损伤以及防止继发性脑干损伤的重要性,并结合有关文献对原发性脑干损伤的诊断、治疗及预后进行讨论。

This paper report rescue and treatment of 78 cases primary brain stem injury. We realized that it is important, such as early diagno- sis, comprehensive rescue, correct treatment, gived priotrey to deal with treatning life injury and prevent secondary brain stem injury, combining the relevant articles with diagnosis, treatment and,prognosis of primary brain stem were discussed.
