小儿脓胸临床分期与外科治疗的探讨

Research of the clinical stages and surgical treatment for the children pyothoraxes.

自1987年8月至1997年2月共收治各类脓胸205例,其中小儿脓胸130例,采用有效的抗炎、闭式引流、胸腔廓清及早期纤维板剥脱治疗,取得良好的效果。结合小儿脓胸的病理演变进程对脓胸的临床分期进行了探讨,强调早期处理的重要价值。

Our department treated 205 patients with kinds of the pyothoraxes from August 1987 to February 1997. We treated 130 cases with the chidren pythoraxes with the cure of the antibiotic , seal drainage, clearing thoracic cavity up and peeling fibreboard off. The effects are very obveous. In the paper, the authors emphasis the important value of treatment early accord ing the experience of the clinical stages and development of pathology for the children pyothoraxes.
