高压氧加脑细胞活化剂治疗老年性痴呆33例疗效观察

Observation on therapy of 33 patients with SD by hyperbaric oxygenation and brain cell activator.

对33例老年性痴呆患者采用高压氧加脑细胞活化剂的综合治疗取得满意疗效,显效17例(51.5％),有效12例(36.4％),无效4例(12.1％),总有效率87.9％。体会到:①对老年性痴呆的治疗要有信心,只要病情育改善,脑电图有好转,就不要轻易放弃治疗。②强调综合治疗,高压氧加脑细胞活化剂具有临床疗效“相加”作用。③先用药后进舱吸氧,可使药物在有氧环境下发挥最大效能。

33 patients with senile dementia (SD) were treated with synthetical therapy of hyperbaric oxy-genation and brain cell activator. The result were: full active 17 cases (51. 5%). partly active 12 cases (36. 4%), no active cases (12. 1%). Our view. 1 doctor must have confidence with the therapy of SD. Don't give up therapy at ease. 2 emphasising synthetical therapy. Hyperbaric oxygenation and brain cell activator worked in coordination. 3 method of therapy ; drug can resert full validity after using hyperbaric oxygenation.
