干扰素的研究生产与临床应用

摘要 1 干扰素(IFN)的研究和生产现状自从Icaacs等发现IFN以来,IFN的研究经历38个年头了,已经取得了巨大的进展。在生产方面不仅能大量生产自然的IFN-α、β和γ而且已能用基因工程技术生产各型IFN和IFN亚型,在临床上已被广泛试用于治疗各种病毒、肿瘤和慢性炎症性疾病。
