摘要
本文论述了线绕式电容传感器工作原理及其结构，推导了相应公式；并将其应用于流体介质深度测量，得出了满意的结果。
This paper introduces the principles and structure of the spiral condenser transducer and has deduced the correspondent formulas.This sensor is to be applied to measure the depth of fluid medium and saticfactory result are obtained.
