某些氨基硫脲、缩氨基硫脲及金属配合物的抗真菌作用研究

Studies On the Antifungi Activity of Some Thiosemicarbazides,Thio semicarbazone and Some Metal Complexes

本文报导了三种氨基硫脲、香草醛缩(4—苯基)氨基硫脲及后者的铜(Ⅰ)、锌(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅰ)配合物共八种化合物的体外抗真菌作用,所选菌种为四种常见病害真菌,它们分别是黑曲霉菌、产青霉菌、黄萎病菌和枯萎病菌。实验结果表明,香草醛缩(4—苯基)氨基硫脲几乎没有抗菌活性,而其四种金属配合物对所试验真菌均呈现出一定的抗菌活性,其中以镍(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)配合物的抗菌活性更强一些。

In this paper,antifungi activities of three thiosemicarbazides,vanillin 4-phenyl-thiosemicarbazone and its Zn (Ⅱ),Ni (Ⅱ),Cu (Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ) complexes against Penicillium chrysonenum,Verticillium dahliae Kleb,Fusarium vasiafectum AR and Aspergillus niger in Vitro are tested.It is found that all of the chelates show significant fungicidal activity but not the ligand vanillin 4-phenyl thiosemicarbazone itself.Compared with ofher chelates,Ni(Ⅱ) complex shows the most significant inhibition effect on the tested fungi.
