四氢呋喃衍生物的合成研究

Synthesis of Tetrahydrofuran Derivatives

本文以α－蒎烯为原料合成了2．2．5－三甲基－3－（3－甲基－2－丁烯基）四氢呋喃（4a）和2．2－二甲基－5－乙基－3－（3－甲基－2－戊烯基）四氢呋喃（4b）。化合物4a、4b具有幽雅的花香木香香韵，其卷烟加香试验表明：它们具有增加烟气浓度、使烟气团和细腻、改善口感的作用，是一类较为理想的烟用添加剂。

Two tetrahydrofuran derivartives, 2. 2- 5-trimethyl-3-(3 - methyl-2buteny)tetrahydrofuran(4a) and 2. 2-dimethyl-5-ethyl-3-(3-methyl-2pentenyl) tetrahydrofuran(4b) (4b is new compound) were synthesised from α-pinene via a new synthetic process. These two compounds are endowed with good flowery woody scent. Test of cigarette flavoring shows that they can enhance the cigarette flavor,roll the smoke and modify the taste. The derivatives could be used as good flavou ingredients for cigarettr.
