甜瓜成株抗感枯萎病品种过氧化物酶同工酶研究

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析比较了甜瓜花期和座果期不同抗感枯萎病品种的POD同工酶酶谱。结果表明:在二个时期甜瓜POD同工酶在酶带数目、相对活性上存在明显差异,POD同工酶与品种抗病性相关。 The analysis and comparison are carried out on the basis of the experiment of polyacry lamide gel electropheresis on peroxidase Isozymes of resistance or sensible to Fusarium wilt of melon of melon variety in blossom stage and fruit stage. The result shows that in these stages isozymes of peroxidase have an obvious difference in the numble and relative activity of zymogram bands. The isozymes of peroxidase of melon variety is related to diseaseresistance. By analysis of peroxidase isozymes in full -growth period, the result gives some useful reference to select resistant variety of melon.
