An Investigation of Egg Drop Syndrome

采用微量血球凝集和血球凝集抑制试验，对石河子及附近地区部分未注射过ＥＤＳ—７６灭活疫苗的六个鸡场进行了血清学调查和流行病学调查，结果表明ＥＤＳ—７６病毒已在本地区广泛存在。

In this experiment, micro-hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests were used to investigate EDS- 76 vinus infection of chickens in shihzi and the nearby areas, in which chickens were uninjected with EDS-76 inanimated vacine, the results of of serological and epidemical showed that EDS-76 virus existd univevsaly in these areas.
