摘要
高师是培养合格中学教师的重要基地，它的教学和科研都应围绕这一主体，突出师范性这一中心．严峻的高师理科教育科研现状，要求高师理科要坚持教育科研的基本方向，突出师范性和学术性，确定为基层教育服务、为中学教育服务的办学方针．
Teachers' colleges and unlversltles serve as a base for qualitied middle school teacher training. Pedagogy and research should focas on the phase of teacher training.The present status of pedagogy and research in science at colleges or universifies calls for that pedagogy and research should centre on the phase of teacher training and its academic values.
