On the basis of all the written documents ever collected,regarding thehistorical background and the philosophical connotation of Ma Junren's training theory,the article comes to the conclusion that, first,medium and Long race development calls for new theory;second,a 'reform and open'social background ensures Ma's innovation,third,the holographic bionic viewpoint and the systematic training viewpoint form the philosophical part of Ma's training theory.
