摘要
在神经系统中,一氧化氮可作为信使物质参与细胞间的信息传递.在中枢神经系统中,它主要通过NMDA受体而生成,引起靶细胞的cGMP水平升高,产生生理效应.在周围神经系统中,它可作为非肾上腺素能非胆碱能神经的递质而起作用:一氧化氮除具有重要的生理功能外,还具有神经毒性作用.
Nitric oxide might be involved in the in formation transmis sion between cell and cell as the messenger in the nervous system. Nitric ocide was chiefly produced by the NMDA receptor in the central nervous system,thereby increase cGMP level and mediate physiological effects in the target cell. Nitric oxide might play a role as the transmitter of nona-drener-gic non-cholinergic nerve in the pert-pheral nervous system. Besides physiological function,nitric oxide has the action of neurotoxicity.
