自流浇注料流变性质及减水剂对其影响的研究

Study on the Rheological Property of Self-flow Castable and the Influence of Disperant

本文较详细地研究了由几种微细粉配制而成的浆体的流变性能,同时通过加入不同减水剂,研究了减水剂对浆体流变性能的影响,实验表明,自流浇注料的基质——“粉体—水系统”基本上呈宾汉姆流型,而适量的减水剂的加入会明显影响它的流变性质,对于减水剂的作用机理及微细粉浆体的结构与其流变性质的关系,本文亦作了一定程度的探讨。

This paper studies the theological properties of some super-fime powder paste and the inuence of disperant on them. Experiments show that the rheoloical behavior of the matrix of self-flow castable is Bingham model,and added disperant will apperently influence its rheo-logical properties.The action mechanism of disperant and the relationship between the paste structure and rheoloical properties are also discussed.
