摘要
阐明了新疆某区十余栋楼房开裂的根本原因:地基土含有硫酸钠,在降温和失水时体积膨胀,由于其含量、分布等不同,使结构受到不均匀的强大托举力而开裂。文末提出了有针对性的加固处理方法。
This paper presents test and analysis results about more than 10 cracked buildings located in Xinjiang. The subsoil contains sodium sulphate, when temperature decreasing or losing water, sodium sulphate will draw much water to crystallize, and its volume become much larger. Under the action of expansion force, the structures cracked. The solving method inducing the expansion is also put forward here.
