THE CULTIVATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND MORAL QUALITIES IN STUDENTS IS ESSENTIAL WORK IN EDUCATION IN ETHIC IN INSTITUES OF HIGH LEARNING

长期以来，由于中小学偏重应试教育而忽略素质教育，因此，培养大学生养成良好的心理素质和道德品质，就成为高校德育工作中至关重要的环节。在此基础上，突出抓好以爱国主义为主旋律的政治方向教育，德育工作的成果才会更加巩固。

For quite a long time great attention has been paid to preparing students for entrance examinations while the cultivation of their moral quality has been neglected in primary and middle schools. As a result,the cultivation of psychological and moral quelities in collge students has become a key link in education in ethic in institutes of high learning. And the political orientation education must be carried out persistently on the basis of this and with the patriotic education as the key mote. Only in this way can the quality of education in ethic be enhanced.
