从中美三个联合公报看美国对华政策

ANALIZING US POLICY TOWARDS CHINA IN THE LIGHT OF THE THREE SINO-US JOINT COMMUNIQUES

中美三个联合公报涉及到的核心问题是台湾问题。在此问题上，每一个公报都是历史的进步。然而每一个公报签署后，美国都有违背公报所规定的原则立场的言行，这反映出美国对华政策的双重性和矛盾性。出于抗苏战略的需要，美国有以台湾问题的妥协让步换取对华关系改善的一面；出于不放弃干涉中国内政的立场，美国又有以台湾问题为筹码遏制中国的一面。这就是中美关系曲折起伏的关键所在。

The key question involved in the three Sino-U. S Communiqes is the Tat Wan Question,about which each communique is a historical progress. But, the signing of each has been followed by violations both in words and in actions of the principle stipulations in it on the part of the United States,which reflects the dualism and contradictions of the U. S policy towards China. Out of the need of their anti-soviet strategy,they are willing to exchange compromise on the Tat Wan question for improvement in their relations with China. Out of the need to interfere with China's internal affairs which they are not willing to give up,they tend to make use of the Tat Wan question to check the advance of China. This is the key to the twist and rise and fall of Sino--US relations.
