摘要 教学质量意识是人们对于教学质量的本质、意义、形成方式及其诸因素间依存关系的认识、判断和评价。是人们对于教学质量所持的主观态度,指向性、动力性和个体差异性是教学质量意识的本质特征。教学质量意识的基本结构是由办学方向意识、教授质量意识、学习质量意识和管理质量意识构成。 The awareness of teaching quality is one's understanding,judgement and appraisal of the nature,significance,way of formation of teaching quality and the interdependent relations among the various factors,and his attitude towards teaching quality. Directionality,motivation,and individual difference are the essential characteristics of the awaeness of teaching quality. The basic structure of the awareness of teaching quality is made up of the awareness of the orientation of school management,the awareness of impartation quality, the awareness of learning quality,and the awareness of the administration quality. This paper also analises major factors that affect teaching quality and the basic pattern of the formation of the awareness of teaching quality.
