Reptilase In Association with Dicynone Treating The Medical Acute Hemorrhage

本文采用立止血(Reptilase)加止血敏(Dicynone)治疗72例内科急性出血患者。这些患者分为上消化道出血组41例,下呼吸道出血组31例。治疗总有效率为90.27％,其中上消化道组的有效率为95.12％,下呼吸道组的有效率为83.87％。经yate’s校正X^2检验,两组患者的治疗有效率,无统计学显著性差异(X=1.4254,P>0.05)。文中详细讨论了立止血加止血敏治疗方案的药理作用及其优越性,认为这种联合用药方案是一种较理想的选择。

72 cases with medical acute homorrage were treated by reptilase in association with dicynone. These cases were divided into two groups:41 cases with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract (HUDT group) and 31 cases with hemorrhage of lower respiratory tract (HLRT group).The curing efficient rate (CER) for all of cases was 90. 27% in which the CER for HUDT group and HLRT group was 95.12% and 83.87% respectively. The difference of CER between HUDT group and HLPT group was not statistically significant (X = 1.4254, P > 0.05). The pharmological actions and advantages of this treatment scheme were discussed in detail. The author realized that this scheme was a better choice for treatment of medical acute hemorrhage.
