PTCA术前、后血小板膜表面GMP-140测定及临床意义

摘要 利用抗人活化血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)特异的单克隆抗体(SZ-51),采用放免法研究了42例经皮冠状动脉血管成形术患者术前、术后静脉血中血小板活化状态,发现术后患者GMP-140分子数明显高于术前(P<0.01),同时测vWF:Ag水平,术后也明显高于术前(P<0.01)。另外对其中20位患者随访发现有4位患者术后6个月内因持续剧烈胸病而再次入院,其血小板GMP-140水平在术后6个月内持续维持较高水平。表明PTCA术后病人存在血小板高活性状态,术后6个月内患者心血管事件的发生可能与血小板持续高水平有关。 A monoclonal antibody (SZ- 51) specific for a - granule membrane protein (GMP- 140) of platelets was used to evaluate the pktelet activation degree in 42 cases before and after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). The results showed that the number of GMP - 140 molecules on platelet surface after PTCA was much-more than that before PTCA (P<0.01). It was suggested that after PTCA, there exsited high activation of platelet. And according to the data of primary follow- up, the patients who were in hospital again after PTCA had a continuous higher activation of the platelets.
