国内外口腔医学教育差异之思考 被引量:20

摘要 从课程结构、教学方法、专业范围和设备条件等4个方面对国内外口腔医学(牙科学)教育进行了对比。认为:国内该专业的公共基础、普通医学基础和普通医学临床课所占比重过大,不利于培养高水平的专科医生;目前通行的大课─实验─实习的教学模式,侧重于基本理论的学习,不利于培养学生智能和自主学习及独立解决问题的能力;现行的口腔医学教育的专业范围远大于国外相应的牙科学教育,值得思考;设备、条件显著滞后,导致教育落后,医学生所学技术落后,难以达到国际先进水平。上述差异是造成我国口腔医学教育落后于国外的重要原因。 From the comparison of stomatological medicine education at home and abroad including thecurriculum structure,instruction methods,the range of specialties and facilities,it is believedthat in the stomatological specialty in our country the general courses of basic medicine and clinical medicine other than stomatology account for too large part to advantage the cultivation of advanced special oral doctors.The present teaching mode-enlarged class instruction-laboratory instruction-clinical internship-lays particular emphasis on basis theory instruction,which disadvantages the training of students'intelligence,self directed learning and the ability to solve problems independently.It is worth consideration that the content of the present stomatologicalmedicine specialties is far more than that of the relevant dental education abroad.An obvious layin facilities and in technologies that medical students have learned makes it difficult for us to catchup with the advanced international level.The distinctions mentioned above are awaiting being reduced with joint efforts.
