21世纪上海社区医疗卫生人才培养的思考

Ponderation on Training the Personnel of Community Medicine and Public Health in Shanghai for 21st Century

步入21世纪社区医疗卫生保健服务的宗旨是提高社区人群的整体健康水平。在城市，完成这一任务的骨干力量是街道地段医院。调查显示，目前上海市街道地段医院医疗卫生人才数量虽不少，但质量不高。学历偏低，学历结构、年龄结构、知识结构都不尽合理，其服务形式也不适应需要。随着社会的发展，全科医学将在提高社区人群整体健康水平中起重要作用。建议：巩固和发展社区医疗保健服务；加强全科医生培养，充实和优化社区医疗卫生队伍。

When the 21st century is ushered in,the medical and publi health care will aim at improving the health of the community population as a whole.The backbone force which undertakes the task in the city will be the district hospital.The investigation indicates that the medical and public healthy staff members,although not small in number,are not good enough in professional competence with a poor ecord of formal schooling and irrational structure in schooling,age and knowledge,and their healthy care service does not meet the need.Along with the social development,general medicine will play an important role in improving the overall health of the community population,thus it is suggested that community medical and health care service should be consolidated and expanded,general practitioners be emphatically trained,and the community medical and public health contingent be strengthened and optimized.
