子宫肌瘤的腹腔镜手术

1995年1月至1996年8月对16例子宫肌瘤患者进行腹腔镜手术,其中肌瘤剔除(LHM)9例,子宫次全切除(LISH)4例、子宫全切(LAVH)3例。除2例子宫切除因瘤体较大或创面渗血而中转开腹手术外,其余病例均顺利完成手术、未发生术中大出血及邻近脏器损伤,术手恢复快。住院时间短。并对子宫肌瘤的腹腔镜手术的适应证及方法选择、手术技巧、术中并发症的防范等进行了讨论,认为只要掌握好手术适应证及具有熟练的腹腔镜手术技能,子宫肌瘤以腹腔镜进行手术的治疗效果明显优于开腹手术。

In this passage we' Ⅱ report the 16 case about operation on the muscle ruinous of uterus by laparascopic in our hospital from Jan. 1995 to Aug. 1996. Amorg these cases, the laparascopic hysteromyomectorny (LHM) in 9 cases; the classic intrafascial supracer vical hysterectomy (LISH) in the 4 cases; the laparoscopic assisted vaginal bysteroctomy (LAVH) in 3 cases. Except 2 cases that the heslerectomy because of the turnout was comparatively large or the blood had penetrated to the wound, therefore we have to transfer the performing of operetion on the abdominal cavity. All the other cases of operetion were finished successfully, without occur massive haemorrhage and injured the internal organs near by m the body, The recovery, of patients were rather fast after operation and they were hcspitaliyed, in a short time. In this passge, we have discussed the adaptability for operation on muscle tumour of uterus by laparoscopic surgery and the selection of methods the techniques of operation, to prevent the complications during the operation, and so on, We are covincling that if only to master the adaptability in operation, and imbued with shillful techniques to appoy the laparoscopic surgery , it will be tangible therapentics effect for cure the mucle tumour of uteerus by laparoscopic than that to perform an operation on abdominohystrectomy
