摘要
已发现几类过渡金属配合物可以作为化学核酸酶,特异性识别核酸结构并使其裂解。本文对有关配合物与核酸结合的方式和裂解机制,及其在基因工程技术方面的一些应用进行了综述。
Several classes of transition metal complexes have been found may be used as chemical nucleases to recognize and cleave specifically nucleic acid. structures. This paper reviews the binding modes between the complexes and the nucleic acids, and the related scission mechanisms, as well as some application of them in gene technology.
