A Study on the Development of Regional Tourist Real Estate

区域旅游房地产开发是房地产业发展的新趋向。本文讨论了区域旅游房地产开发的影响因素、开发模式,并以当前开发热点主题公园和旅游度假区为例,分析其房地产开发的特点。

The development of regional tourism real estate (DRTRE) is a new trend in the real estate. At first, three in special factors influencing DRTRE in discussed: the one tourist action in space, the next the life cycle of tourist attraction and the final the nature society—cultural landscape of toruist attration. Then, According to the difference in planning course, DRTRE can be classified into random, planning and mixed model; Finally, the paper analyses both the DRTRE featured fo the theme park and the tourist vocation district in China, the author suggested that it be very importment to improve management of DRTRE under government.
