四种观赏犬毛超微结构的研究

摘要 用英国CambridgeS5250 MKIⅡ型扫描电子显微镜对四种观赏犬(藏狮犬、西狮犬、叭儿犬、北京犬)毛进行扫描观察。结果:藏狮犬毛鳞片呈圈椅状,西狮犬毛鳞片呈笋壳状,叭儿犬毛鳞片呈长瓦片状,北京犬毛鳞片呈宽瓦片状;北京犬毛鳞片高15.66μm。显著高于其它三种犬(P<0.05);单位长度的鳞片数北京犬、藏狮犬、西狮犬、叭儿犬分别为244.55、221.08、212.03、177.25个/cm;鳞片倾角叭儿犬、两狮犬、藏狮犬和北京犬为6.32°、5.58°、3.62°和3.25°;鳞片厚度叭儿犬、北京犬、藏狮犬和西狮大为1.62、0.97、0.7μm和0.64μm。同时,试验结果表明:观赏犬品种不同,犬毛正副皮质分布和数量也存在不同。 The hair fibers removed from the Toady, Pekingese, Lhaso-Apso and Shitzu in sourth-west of China were screened and observed with Cambring S250-MKI II . The result indicated that Cuticle in Lhaso-Apso took on the form which we recognized as circle chair; Shitzu,bamboo shoot-shell;Pekingese,board-tile;Toady,Long-tile. The highness of Cuticle in Pekingese was (15- 66μm) obviously higher than that of Cuticle in Lhaso-Apso,Shitau and Toady. The thickness of Cuticle in Toady,Pekingese,Lhaso-Apso and Shiezu was 1. 62,0. 97, 0. 70, 0. 64(μm) respectively. The dip-angle of Cuticle in Toady,Shitzu,Lhaso-Apso and Pekingese was 6. 32,5. 58,3. 62,3. 25(°) respectively. The number of Scales per 1 cm in Pekingese,Lhaso-Apso,Shitzu and Toady were 244. 55,221. 08,212. 03,177. 25 respectively. Difference of species decides the distribute and amount of positive or negative cortex in hair.
