产后康复宁对泌乳奶牛药效的研究

STUDY ON MEDICAL EFFECT OF CHKFN IN MILKING COWS

产后康复宁对泌乳奶牛药效的研究,试验结果,实验组奶产量较对照组每头每日提高11.77％,平均每头日增鲜奶2.156kg;实验组给药后较给药前每头每日奶产量提高7.49％,平均每头日增鲜奶1.427kg(P<0.005)。实验组给药前后鲜奶密度、乳脂率、全乳总固体率、乳蛋白率和乳精率均无明显差异(P>0.05);且对隐性乳房炎的治愈率达75％(P<0.05)。

Studise and experiments on medical effect of CHKFN (Chan Hou Kang Fu Ning) in milking cows showed that the milk production in experimental cows increased by 11.77% , increasing 2. 156 kg/d. Given the medicine,the experimental cows increased their milk production by 7. 49%,increasing 1. 427 kg/d (P<0. 05). And the milk quality (density,butter-fat percentage,total solid body of milk,butter - protein and milk sugar) had no obvious distinction before and after the test (P>0. 05). The result also indicated that the curative rate of recessive mastitis treated with CHKFN was 75% (P<0. 05).
