摘要
应用还原型尼可酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸硫辛酰胺脱氢酶(NADPHd)组织化学技术和HRP逆行追踪与NADPHd组化结合法,对大鼠肺内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经及其来源进行了研究。结果证实,肺内支气管和肺血管存在不同密度的NOS阳性神经纤维,肺内神经节中存在少量NOS阳性神经细胞。用HRP与NADPHd结合法,在迷走神经结状节和胸。。脊神经节中发现HRP-NOS双标记细胞,说明肺内NOS神经纤维部分来自结状节和脊神经节,并对此进行了讨论。
Nerve fibres containing Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS) and its origin in the rat lung werestudied by using NADPHd histochemical technique and HRP retrograde tracing combinedwith NADPHd histochemical method. The results showed that, in pulmonic bronchi and onthe wall of pulmonaty vessel we observed NOS-positive neurons in different density and asmall number of NOS--positive neurons. existing in pulmonary ganglions. By HRP retrograde tracing cobmined with NADPHd histochemical method, we found the double labellingcells contaning HRP--positive and NOS--positive granules in Th2--Th5 spinal ganglia and vagalnodus ganglia. The results suggested that the NOS nerve fibers in the rat lung originated'from the spinal ganglia and vagal nodus ganglia,. and the result was discussed.
