摘要
本研究应用胰岛素样生长因于Ⅱ单克隆抗体(IGF-Ⅱ)对人肾上腺、颈动脉体及其来源的肿瘤进行免疫组织化学定位研究。发现,成人肾上腺使质所有细胞的1.2—10%的细胞显色,嗜铬细胞瘤所有细胞的75%显色,颈动脉体瘤所有细胞的50%显色,并且大部分为来自主细胞的瘤细胞显色。IGF一Ⅱ阳性表达绝大多数在细胞浆内呈粗大颗粒状且弥漫分布,少数在核周密布。结果表明:人IGF-Ⅱ存在成人肾上腺髓质、颈动脉体及其来源的肿瘤组织中,IGF-Ⅱ在肿瘤中表达强于正常组织。
Abstract Using insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ (IGF- Ⅱ ) monoclonal antibiotics, we have made animmunohistochemical location study in the human adrenal gland, carotid body and their related tumours. We found that the positives cells constituted 1. 2- 10% in adult adrenal glandmedullas, 75% in pheochromocytoma, and 50% in carotid body tumours, most of them coming from the chief cells of the tumour. In most cases, IGF-Ⅱ positive expression was seen inthe cytoplasm with large granules, distributed diffusively. In a few cases, the immunoreactive products were located around the nucleus. The results indicate that human IGF- Ⅱ existsin the adult adrenal gland, carotid body and their related tumours, and its expression in tumours is stronger than that in normal tissues.Keyworks: Tnsulin-like growth factor Ⅱ; Immunohistochemistry; Adrenal gland;Carotid body
