摘要
本文按照面对面平行度误差的定义,在机器坐标系建立空间任意方位被测零件的面对面平行度误差评定的数学模型,并采用有效集法快速、简便地求得最优解。
Based on the definition of Parallelism tolerance to a flat with reference to a datum flat, the mathematical model in machine coordinates for hen evaluation of parallism tolerance of a flat to a datum flat in a measured workpice of arbitrary orientation is presented. The optical solution is obtained quicly and convenientlt by mears of the active set analysis. The method in this optical is applied to realization of evaluating the parallelism tolerance with the minimun xondition in thteedimension coordinated mechise.
