摘要
在传统的文氏电桥振荡器中,有源器件内部相移和增益带宽积不可避免地限制振荡频率范围,影响频率稳定度。本文提出并论述新型文氏电桥振荡器电路。在这类(12种)振荡器电路中,采用两个集成运放构成的组合运放,使振荡频率与集成运放增益带宽积无关,而是由选频网络中心频率决定,这有利于扩展振荡频率范围,改善输出波形。
In traditional Wien-Bridge Oscillators,the phase shift and the product of gain-band limited the friquency range,this weakness affects the frequency stablity. This paper proposes a new oscillation Circuit using Wien-Bridge. In this kind of oscillators, the combinational operational amplifiers(OAs) are used, the frequency is determined by the central friquency of selection network and not the product of gain-band, This can extend the frequency range, improve the output wave and heighten the frequency stablity.
