摘要
本文用电针足三里、曲池、人中和内关穴,观察家兔软脑膜微动脉和微静脉管径及血流速度的变化。结果刺激足三里引起激动脉扩张,血流速度加快,作用明显;电针曲池亦引起微动脉扩张,血流速度加快,但作用较弱;电针人中,内关引起微动脉收缩,血流速度减慢,微静脉反应均较弱。
In this study, we observed direcrly the change of the pial microvasculardiamerer and velocity after electroacupuncture at the acupoints of four groups, Zusanli,Quchi, Renzhong and Neiguan-which are the main points ot the therapy. of Xing Ntao KaiQiao'and Diji-which is less commonly used in treating cerebral ischemic diseases, with closecranial window method The results showed that electric acupuncture at Zusanli can remark-ably dilate pial arteriole and increase pial arteriolar velocity, electric needling at Quchi can in-duce an effect uiust as the eifect of neetiling at Zusanli but less eviciently, electric acupunctrueat Renzhong and Neiguan can contract the pial arterioles and ciecrease pial artertolar veitocity,electric acupuncture at Diji induce no evident effect on pial microvessels.
