负重轮橡胶碳纤维及金属丝补强温升试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 负重轮橡胶是负重轮的重要组成部分,其性能(尤其是温升和耐久性能)直接影响着负重轮的寿命.本文对负重轮橡胶进行短碳纤维和短钢丝补强,并进行温升和耐久试验.结果表明,短碳纤维补强没有降低温升,耐久性提高不明显;短钢丝补强明显降低了温升,提高了耐久性,有较好的效果. Roadwheel rubber is an important part of roadwheel,whose performance especially temperature and durability restrict the life of roadwheel directly.In this paper,roadwheel rubber is reinforced by short carbon fibre and shortsteel wire,then had a temperature and durability test.The result shows that reinforcement with short carbon fiber can't fall temperature and improve durability obviously,but conersely with short steel wire. so short stell wire is effective to reinforcement.
