摘要
对1例实施肝移植的病人,术后进行30天的营养治疗。根据患者临床表现及体征将营养支持分为4个阶段,流质、半流质、软饭、普饭。通过几个阶段的胃肠营养,及早扭转了病人依赖全静脉营养,同时根据患者的临床症状及时增加某些药膳。经过营养支持,促进了病人的机体恢复和伤口愈合,病人现已存活400天以上。
Nutritional support of a patient with liver transplantation. Has been administered for 30 days after operation the course of diet adjustment was divided into four stages such as liqud, semi-liqud, seft and full diet, according to his clinical presents and sight with the enteral nutrition of the four stage aelom-panied with some kinds of medicinal diets. It diministred the patient's dependancy on the total vein nutrition in time, accelarated his recovery and wound healing. The patient has lived over 400 days.
