肠外营养治疗13例功能性残胃排空障碍的体会

The experience of PN treatment for thirteen cases of the functional obstructive empty of gastric remainder

功能性残胃排空障碍病人行全胃肠外营养(PN)和未行PN各13例,在体重、血浆蛋白、血常规、免疫功能及血糖等指标进行监测。结果表明:PN组明显优于治疗前及对照组,不仅体重增加,免疫功能提高,而且病人恢复快,住院时间短。

This paper introduces the characteristics of PN supporting treatment by analysing the result of treating 13 patients with the method for their the functional obstructive empty of gastric remainder. The patients were divided into two groups, one of which was treat by PN supporting treatment and we tested their indexes which related to their weight, plasmaalbumin, routine blood test, immunity, blood sugar posttreatment. The result shows that the group treated by PN supporting treatment is obviously superior to before and other one.Not only is the weight increased and immunity is improved, but also the patients recover more quickly and the time they are in hospital is decreased. It is a new out standing achievement os treating all kinds of disease in today's surgery.
