550例住院婴儿的营养调查

A nutrition investigation of 550 infant in patients

1988～1991年住院的急性上呼吸道感染550例2～12月龄婴儿,测量头围、体重、身高及血红蛋白值。发现头围、体重、身高与正常值相比,经统计学处理,P<0.01,有显著差异,全部婴儿Hb值均低于正常。结果表明550例都患有营养不良及贫血。这些指标对营养状态的评价很有价值。

A study was carried out on 550 infants with age of 2 -12 months who suffared from acute upper respiratory infection and were admitted to hospital from 1988 to 1991. The circumference of head, the weight and the height and the blood hematoglobin have been measured on all patients. It has been found that the significantly lower as compared with the normal reference value (P<0.01) . Moreover, the value of the blood hemafoglobin was lower than normal value in all patients. The results showed that these infants contracted malnutrition and anemia. The indexes above are of high value to evaluate the nutrition of infants.
