摘要
本文采用24小时动态心电图方法对冠心病患者和正常对照组进行心率变异时域和频域分析。结果发现单支冠脉病变组SDNN(P<0.05)、TP(P<0.05)和LF(P<0.01)低于对照组,多支冠脉病变组SDNNindex、TP和LF(均P<0.05)低于单支冠脉病变组.提示迷走神经和交感神经波动幅度下降与冠脉病变程度有关,后者是猝死的原因。
The time domain and frequency domain of heart rate variability were studied from 24-hour electrocardiography in 23 patients referred for coronary angiography:6 patients had multivessel disease(Group M).17 patients had one-vessel disease(Group S),and 20 healthy control(Group C).The following four frequency domain measures and fivetime domain measures were obtained:VLF,0.0033-0.04Hz,LF,0.04-0.15Hz, HF,0.15-0.40Hz,TP,0-0.50Hz,SDNN SDANN,SDNN index,the square rMSSD,PNN50.Itwas showed that SDNN, TP LF(P< 0.05,P< 0.05,P< 0.01,respectively)were decreasedin Group S compared with Group C. SDNN index,TP and LF(all P<0.05)decreased inGroup M compared with Group S.These results indicate that coronary artery disease is asso-ciated with the impaiwnent of autonomic nervous system function,and that decrease in thefluctuational magnitude of autonomic nervous system(Vagal dominant)tone correlates withthe angiograophic severity.
