摘要
近年来的研究表明,心电信号的高频成分可以提供更精细的结构信息,它对扩大心电图的诊断范围,提高诊断的准确性和预见性,有着十分重要的临床意义,本文利用家兔的慢性心肌缺血模型,分析了其心电信号的甚高频成分,同时在心电发生的拓朴学模型的基础上对结果作出了一种可能的解释。
In the past several years,high frequency has been used to provide addi-tional information enhancing the diagnostic value of the ECG,Studies from our laboratory an-alyzed the very high frequency components with model of chronic mvocardial ischernia. Onthe basis of topological model of electrocardiogram generation,we use“invariable Q frequency一window”technique to process the ECG Waveforms to describe the relation between veryhigh frequency electrocardiogram and myocardial ischemia more accurately.
