摘要
从生理病发的角度讨论了心电图的精细结构(希氏束电位、晚电位、高频心电图)的临床意义。本文指出,目前在临床中应用这些信息产生假阳性。假阴性的原因是技术不过关,因而将目前发展的高新技术中许多先进的方法用于心电图的处理是有可能解决这些问题的,与此相应,设计生物实验的路也应有较大的变化,两者结合起来,可以把心电图技术提高到一个新的阶段。
The clinical importance of fine structure of ECG including bundle of itspotential,late potential high-frequency ECG is disctissed in this paper from the point of phys-iology and pathology.The reason that pseudo-positive reaction and pseudo一negative reactionhappen in the application of that information to the clinical practice is that the technology isnot advanced enough.So,it is possible to solve those problems by the applicationof the ad-vanced methods in the developing high technology.Accordingly,the way to design biologicalexperiments should change greatly.Tl,ecombination of the new technology and the new bio-logical experiments will improve the ECG technology to a new stage.
