摘要
本文分析了２８例急性心肌梗塞患者和２０例正常人的高频心电图。结果表明：急性心肌梗塞患者增加的高频切迹，多分布在心电图ＱＲＳ波群的起始部，溶栓治疗成功者高频切迹减少。
The high frequency electrocardiogram of 28 pat ients with acute mvocar-dial infarction and 20 healthy subjects were analyzed.The results demonstrated:the numberof high frequency components in patients with acute myocardial infarction increased signifi-cantly, most of the high frequency notches were in the initial part of the QRS complex andthe notches reduced in the patients whose coronary thrombolysis were successfully. The dataindicats that high frequency electrocardiogram is a fairly method for diagnosing acute myocar-dial infarction and judging thrombolysis effect.
