摘要
应用高频心电图(HFECG)技术对48例川崎病患儿和121例正常儿童作对照检测,进行川崎病致心脏损害的敏感性研究。结果表明川崎病组6导联组合切迹计数的阳性率(79.16%)与正常组相比,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);川崎病组在病程不同时期内高频心电图均表现出不同程度的异常,尤以1-8周内比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);HFECG检测阳性率高于二维超声心电图(2DE),尤在患病1-8周九两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);两对照组HFECG切迹数分布规律均为中间部>终末部>起始部,而以起始部具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
To study sensitivity of myocardial injury caused by Kawasaki disease,wecontrasted 48 children with Kawasaki disease and 121 norinal children(control group)usinghigh frequency electrocardiography(HFECG)techniques.Result:The positive rate of notchnumbers in HFECG with 6 leads in Kawasaki disease group was 79.16%,There was signifi-cant difference between these two groups(P<0. 01).The Kawasaki diseace group showedvarying abnormal deg rees in HFECG with the development of disease,Especially at the be-ginning of illness(1一8 weeks),the difterence between the two groups was also very signifi-cant(P< 0.01).Though the positive rate and notch numbers reduced with the developmentof disease,they were still higher than that of the control group.Myocardial injury cases inHFECG were more than in two dimensional echocardiography(2DE)(P< 0. 01),especially atthe beginning of disease(1-8weeks).Notch numbers distribution in QRS waves of twogroups was as follows:the middle>the end > the beginning.The difference of beginning be-tween the two groups was very Significant(P<0.01).Our findings suggest that HFECGtechnique is highly sensitive in the diagnosis of myocardial injury and very useful to diagnosemyocardial disease as well as the development of disease and so on.
