系列高频成分节段在正常人中的分布

THE DISTRIBUTION OF SERIAL HIGHF FREQUENCY COMPONENT SEGMENT IN HEALTHY SUBJECTS

将１３４例正常人按年龄分为幼儿组、学龄组、青年组和中老年组，分别观察分析了系列高频成分节段的分布特点。其分布无年龄、性别差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），系列高频成分节段对急性病毒性心肌炎的诊断特异性为８２．４１％。各年龄组的特异性分别是幼儿组９０％、学龄组８３．３％、青年组７２．４１％。中老年组８２．０５％。

The distribution of the serial frequency component segment(SHFCS)onQRS complex were studied in l34 healthy subjects.The number of SHFCS in limb leads wasmore than in precordial leads and the number of SHFCS in leads V1、V2、V3 was more than inleads V4、V5、V6. There were almost none SHFCS in leads V4、V5、V6. The means of SHFCSin the different age一groups and sex一groups were not significant different.The 134 healthysubjects were examined by the criterion for diagnosis in patients with acute viral myocarditis,the specificity of 134 healthy subjects is 82.09%,and the specificity of infant group,schoolage-group,the youth group and medium old age-group were respectively 90.00%,83.33%,72.41%,82.05%.
