本文利用现代育种学、数量遗传学、细胞遗传学、普通畜牧学和家畜行为学的基本原理和方法,对淮南猪的繁殖、生长发育、育肥与胴体、营养需要、肉质、生理常值、经济性状的遗传特性、染色体、杂种优势利用、生活行为等种质特性进行了全面、系统的研究,并对主要经济性状制订了综合选择指数,为淮南猪的保种、选育及进一步的研究利用提供了科学的依据和方法.

in the paper , we use the fundamantal way and pninciple of Modem breeding science, Quantitative genatics ,cell genetics, animal behavior Sciena and general animal Science, system study on Reproductive character, growth traits, fattening and carcass charater, nutrient reguiremet , meat guaiity, physiology constant , heredity of economic traits, chromosome hrbrid vigor and life behavior ,and work out synthesize seletion index of the major economic traits. The stlldy resuit provide scientific foundation basis and way for preservation, breeding and wtlize of Huainan swine.
