摘要
[目的]探讨有效预防肺癌术后肺部并发症的综合护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析78例肺癌开胸手术病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均能按期进行手术,术后恢复良好;本组5例病人继发轻度肺部感染,经积极治疗后治愈出院,其余均未发生肺部感染、肺不张、呼吸衰竭等并发症。[结论]加强肺癌病人围术期的综合护理管理,可有效预防肺部并发症的发生。
Objective：To probe into comprehensive nursing measures for effectively preventing pulmonary complications of lung cancer patients after undergoing operation. Methods： The clinical data of 78 lung cancer patients undergoing open-chest operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All patients accepted operation on time and postoperative recovery were well. Five cases had secondary mild pulmonary infection and were treated actively and discharged after healing. The other patients didn＇t occur complications pulmonary infection, pulmonary strengthen the could effectively Conclusion. To cancer patients atelectasis and comprehensive respiratory function such as failure. perioperative nursing of lung prevent pulmonary complication for them.
