摘要
河豚中毒是鱼类中毒中最为严重的一类。已知毒性是由于所含河豚毒素(Tetrodotoxih, TTX)所致。TTX属于非蛋白质毒素,其结构稳定,经日晒、盐腌、炒、煮等处理均不能使之破坏。在整个东南亚及太平洋范围,尤其在日本因食河豚中毒的病死率可高达60％。TTX中毒的主要临床表现为知觉麻痹,运动障碍,头晕头痛。
