内皮素对眼的作用

摘要内皮素(Endothelin, ET)是一种近年来发现的血管活性多肽,也是迄今所知体内最强的缩血管物质,1988年是由Yanagisawa等从猪主动脉内皮细胞培养液中分离纯化出来。其收缩血管作田强于血管紧张素Ⅱ、加压素和神经肽Y,而且作用持久,并参与机体及眼部许多重要功能的调节,在病理生理方面起着重要的意义。
