摘要
为了比较七氟醚、异氟醚和安氟醚麻醉后的苏醒特征,将36例择期开胸手术病人均分为三组,用快速肺泡冲洗法分别测定各药物的初醒和完全清醒MAC,并系统观察临床苏醒过程。结果,七氟醚的初醒和完全清醒MAC为0.37±0.08%和0.26±0.06%;异氟醚为0.32±0.04%和026±0.04%;安氟醚为0.37±0.04%和0.31±0.05%。初醒和完全清醒时间七氟醚为5.0±1.9min和8.3=1.7min;异氟醚为8.9±2.6min和12.9±3.0min;安氟醚为9.6±2.9min和15.4±5.1min。显示尽管三种药的停药前维持浓度依次降低,但苏醒时间则依次延长,表明七氟醚的苏醒确实更快。另外发现术后三组病人均对初醒时的情景无明确记忆,完全清醒后还有3~5min的遗忘期。
In order to compare awakening characteristic after anesthesia with sevoflurane or isoflurane or enflurane, 36 patients undergoing thoracotomy were divided into three groups randomly. MAC of complete awakening(MACcaw)and primary awakening (MACpaw) were determined respectively for each narcotic by fast alveolar washout. Clinical characteristics of awakening were also observed systemically. The results showed that MACpaw in sevoflurane, isoflurane and enflurane were 0. 37±0. 08% ,0. 32±0. 04% ; 0. 37± 0.04%, respectively, but their MACcaw were 0.26±0.06% ,0. 26±0.04% ,0. 31±0. 05% respectively. Primary awakening time for sevoflurane,isoflurane and enflurane were 5.0±1.9, 8.9±2.6, 9.6±2.9 minuts respectively and their coplete awakening time were 8. 3±1.7, 12.9±3.0, 15. 4±5.1minuts respectively. It was found all patients could not remermber anything clearly during primary awakening and had a period of forget-fulness for 3-5 minuts after complete awakening.
