使用安氟醚行微流量紧闭循环麻醉的临床观察

摘要 本文采用微流量(0.2L/min)新鲜气体与安氟醚麻醉,对34例ASA(美国标准协会分级标准)Ⅰ~Ⅱ级择期手术患者进行高流量(2L/min)与微流量的对比观察,所监测参数包括:气管内插管后5min,10min,15min,30min,60min…直至术终的MAP,HR,SpO_2FiO_2,ETCO_2,FiEnf,FetEnf,新鲜气体流量(氧流量),手术结束至拔管的时间及清醒程度。对照结果:差异均无显著性意义,(P>0.05)。说明微流量新鲜气体麻醉与高流量同样安全,且麻醉过程平稳,节省大量挥发性麻醉药,不污染手术室环境。 34 Case ASA I - II patients undergoing elective surgery were allocated randomly to receivemic-roflow anesthesia (Group M),the frash gas flow is O 2L/min or high flow anesthesia (Group H),the frash gas flow is 2L/min. The parameters of observation including: MAP,HR,SpO2, FiO2, ETCO2 , FiEnf,FetEnf, Frash gas flow(O2 flow)after tracheal intubation 5min ,10min, 15min,30min,60min, until the end of surgery, the interval from the end of operation to extubalion and the degree of awakening. The results show that there were nosignificant deference between group H and group M(P>0.05). Conclusion: M is safer and more steady than H during surgery. It may save amount of vaporing anesthetic and it doesn't pollute the environment of operating room
